ADIBEX is a small software & AI studio in Cologne.
The studio is led by Sofianne Battikh and built around a simple idea: keep the people making product and engineering decisions close to the work.
Founder
Sofianne Battikh
Software engineer, founder and former CTO.
Sofianne has spent more than eight years building software, designing cloud systems and leading engineering teams.
His path spans hands-on product engineering, CTO leadership, AI-enabled development and building technology businesses.
Before Germany, he studied computer science and business at Seattle Central College through the Thomas Jefferson Scholarship Program, a U.S. Department of State / IREX exchange focused on entrepreneurship and innovation.

Owned product strategy and technical delivery for a restaurant ordering platform used across six locations.
Company building
Bootstrapped a technical services company from €2,000 in initial capital to €150,000 revenue in its first year.

Why ADIBEX
ADIBEX is the next iteration of that experience: a smaller studio, closer to the work, with AI used as operating leverage rather than as a category label.
Sofianne also builds independent products and makes music — the same build, release and iterate habit in a different medium.
ADIBEX is the public brand of African Digital Bay UG (haftungsbeschränkt), founded in Cologne in 2022.
